Although I look forward to graduating in September 2010, I still have a great deal of paperwork to get through. Because I started spin class on a Sunday, right now, I am in a world of pain. My muscles have decided to make me feel every ounce of pain for having rode the bicycle as through there was no tomorrow. I took my son for the first time to spin class and felt so proud of him because he was enjoying the bicycle riding; the music and the instructor really made him feel welcome in the class. Unlike me, he was in his own world of pain on Monday so I allowed him to sleep it off.
I am back on my GNr2 system which is 2 shakes and 1 main meal a day with the tablets. Now that is another world of pain. The reason for going back on to the system without a fuss was because after spin on Sunday, Uly and I did 100 situps each and it felt good. For lunch, my husband put 2 slices of macaroni pie on my plate and a piece of fry fish. Well, I don’t need to tell how my stomach went into instant revolution. I was so uncomfortable that I could not sleep later on in the night. So going back to the GNr2 system was like a godsend. No complaining from me.
I have since had to drastically reduce my portions of food because my stomach made it clear to me that it was not going to entertain any size other than small portions of food. Today is Thursday and so far, I am doing OK.. I just got to get through the rest of this week and next week. I will be OK. I also discovered the Caribbean Workout on C News at 5:30am in the mornings. Great 1/2 hr of exercise to wake me up and the instructor loves doing kick boxing type workouts. So I am constantly moving.
The scale arm is moving on up for which I am most grateful. Will be even more grateful when it moves past the 220 mark up towards the 200 mark. For me, getting back to my old size is important. I look forward to a brand new wardrobe and being able to shop in the stores that have the sexy outfits. I especially look forward to getting back into my slim jeans with a newly developed butt. Have you ever seen those cyclists with great butts?? Hmmmm Certainly a sight for sore eyes.
